What is your policy on returns?

We offer 100% satisfaction on all items for 30 days. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us for a return authorization number. Items must be returned in their original unwashed and unused condition. We will provide a full product refund or exchange, but we do not cover shipping costs.

When will I receive my order?

We ship every business day via insured UPS. On average most items arrive in 3-5 business days. We do send full tracking information to your email address when we ship your order.

Can I purchase separate or additional pieces and do you have other designs or styles available?

At the moment we only sell the sets of 12. The 19 designs we have on the site are the only ones we carry.
