What is your Shipping Policy?
Most items ship within 24 hours via FedEx Ground (Alaska and Hawaii are $12 extra and APO/FPO Locations are $5 extra and both ship Priority Mail). We ship every weekday Monday through Friday. Please email us for rates (BabyBeddingPalace@gmail.com) if you need an item sent via expedited shipping services.We do allow buyers to combine shipping for multiple purchases. International customers are required to include a phone number with their order for customs clearance. All international orders ship via Priority mail. The buyer is also responsible for any duty or tax that their home country charges. Please contact your customs office to find out if they charge a duty or tax on purchases.

What is your Return Policy?
All items have a 30 day 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization number has been obtained. Please email BabyBeddingPalace@gmail.com for a return merchandise authorization number. Items must be in original packaging and condition. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied and we do not refund shipping costs unless the item is not as described. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. They cannot be returned used in any way or washed. All returns need to be in the same sellable condition as when they arrived.
